The girl up front at night is always so friendly and helpful and the women’s locker room is always nice and clean when I get there at night. I love tanning there everything is always clean. Definitely my favorite location.

I love the club, hours location and equipment are great. My recommendation is to not have staff congregate at the front desk. The club has not been as clean as it was when I first joined, even compared to 6 months ago and it would make sense if someone was wiping down equipment instead of 2-3 people chatting at front desk. There is a smell in the gym that was not there previously that I am sure could be addressed by staying on top of cleaning and wipe down. 1 year ago I would have gave a 10. I am still a promoter but this needs to be addressed.

The signup process was quick and easy. The app is super user friendly and easy to navigate through. Once inside the gym is extremely clean and sanitized daily. The machines are all in great working order and almost seem brand new. The bathrooms/locker rooms are very comfortable and the cleanliness is great. The blackcard members on area is why I bought up. This is a difference maker for me. The staff is almost too friendly lol. Every time I come in or leave there is a friendly gesture. I have taken my son multiple times with me and it has been very family friendly. The only thing that concerns me is the cancellation process. But as of now I have no plans to cancel and I’m sure if I have a warranted reason they will honor.

This is a general assessment of the Hamburg PF. I’m inspired to participate because I have experienced dozens of different PF gyms and made thousands of beeps and Hamburg PF is my top rated location so far. The place covers the basics. Adequacy in cleaning and restocking. The reason for superiority in my opinion is the staff. The manager, I believe his name is Jake, is particularly attentive and welcoming. Nothing stays broken here. He’s also seems to me to be a rather skilled communicator, which is always nice in a busy place. Guests is checked in quicky and no one is ignored on the way in or out. Great business that appears to be thriving. I don’t know all the names but the other staff members should be acknowledged as well as I always sense they’re uniquely genuine in our customer service interactions also. This is my first ever review so I apologize if it’s weird. I just want to include that I’m far from alone in my sentiments as I’ve spoke to many guests. Anyways, we are grateful. Thank you.
