We really like using your facility. We attend 5 or more days per week. Only one complaint…we use the stationary bikes daily, as do many other gym members. The number of bikes in the Hamburg facility was recently reduced to two. We have to wait every day to use this popular piece of equipment. I attended the Planet Fitness in West Seneca today. They have 7 bikes! Why the difference??

I appreciate the friendly/helpful staff and the cleanliness . I work out every day and PF has all the equipment I need. All of my 3 adult children live out of town, so I like being able to seamlessly go to other PF locations without having to register and pay additional fees. Love the Planet!!
