It feels like a community of people of all ages working on their physical well being. It's reasonably priced. There are many choices of machinery so that you can really develop a routine you feel is what you want. When I began there was also training classes which they no longer do and that's a loss, but I imagine if you were to ask fro help from the staff to learn a machine they would do it.
