Clean, welcoming facility! Friendly front desk staff. Love the perks of the Black card membership—look forward to the hydro bed each visit as my “spa treat”. Spa atmosphere very tranquil and relaxing—my de-stress zone after work in healthcare. Easy parking. Equipment in excellent condition. The purple color scheme is fun and trendy. Not your typical sweaty gym feel for sure!

The Sfaff is so courteous and friendly and every gym member who is working out wipes down the machines and matts. It is a very clean facility- I go to the Carlisle Pike Facility by Karns Food. I feel so positive and motivated when I leaves after 3 hours - 3-4 day a week Love it I am addicted to healthy living 👍👍. Andy Kohr.

The gym is very clean with plenty of equipment. There are at least two of every popular machine and I rarely have to wait to use machines. The staff are really friendly and helpful. It’s also very affordable.
