My husband and I are members since 2018. The gym is spotless, all new machines are well maintained and the staff is very friendly and helpful. However, our one complaint and it seems to be with many members and mentioned on the PF FB page, the free 3 month summer membership for the high schoolers. Yesterday by 9 AM, the gym was mobbed with kids. One machine had 4 boys and they were taking turns using it - tying it up for about 25 minutes. We noticed two male members at the front desk complaining loudly about this as well. About 6 girls were standing in front of the ladies bathroom entrance so you could not gain entrance or exit. Many stand around and take selfies the whole time or checking messages and don't strip the machines or wipe them down. PF needs to think more about the paying members who are being inconvenienced for the next 3 months, especially those who have a short time frame to work out and get to their full time jobs! I would give this gym a 10 if if were not for this issue. Also need to consider getting another leg press machine. The one there now is constantly in use and we have to race to get it when its free. We hope the high school summer program will be discontinued at some point, or perhaps it should be for only 1 month or alternate days or times!! Thank you for listening.

I have been coming to Planet Fitness in Hanover, Mass. for @ 6 years the only issue we have between myself and other members is after your workout you have to let the shower run for @ 3, 4 minutes do get hot.
