I like the new equipment. I do miss the hip abductor/adductor machines. That is a very popular piece of equipment & the reduction from four pieces to one is making it difficult to get that part of my workout in.
The facility is well maintained. Recently, equipment replacement or upgrade creates an opportunity to vary workout routine. Some of electronics on treadmills and elipitical showing age heart monitor does not function on some and display although function is showing signs of failure.
Despite all of this, the staff is courteous and welcome. They made a visible effort to clean and maintain for an enjoyable and safe experience. Indirectly, promoting a family atmosphere.
This branch gets a 9 for the facility, pf has become weird, company seems to go against the muscle heads with the lunk alarm but is fine with teen girls running around in white see through tops with no bras, priorities seem a bit backwards. This is the same at all branches, been a member since at least 2010 so this isn't just a quick observation
I've been in 2 car accidents. The hydro massage I come. I get it before I work out to warm up my muscles. I get it right after my workout to cool them down. I have started my weight loss journey at two sixty seven, i'm down 2 forty five if it wasn't for that hydro massage, I don't think I would be able to exercise work out. I'm tired after my day of work. The mere fact that I'm a black card member has helped me out a lot. The only thing I wish is that those same benefits that I have, that the guests that I have to introduce to planet fitness. What have those same benefits? Because I keep talking about how wonderful that hydro massage is, but they don't get to try it out. So the few people i've talked in to joining, i'm coming with me and not just being my guest, have not been able to really see what benefits i'm talking about
