I love the Harrisburg North planet fitness gym. Cody and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The gym is always clean. It is a great gym to come to. I am generally here Monday through Friday every day.
My suggestion and request is to get more recumbent stepper machines. The club had five of these machines but last year it was reduced to only 2. This is a very good machine, particularly for seniors or people who have bad knees or lower back issues. I can exercise without it hurting. It is a very popular machine and we have to wait because someone is always on it. Sometimes it is hard to get a turn. It would be very helpful and much appreciated to have more of this machine

I have been a member of Harrisburg Planet for many years. I cancelled in person about 2 weeks ago and yesterday received a charge of 10.00
I did call about getting a refund but never heard back. I was told I can cancel on my app.
It is a nice place but was disappointed how I was told it was cancelled and it wasn't. The person at the front desk was newer but still should have been cancelled when it was.
