I have been a member of Harrisburg Planet for many years. I cancelled in person about 2 weeks ago and yesterday received a charge of 10.00 I did call about getting a refund but never heard back. I was told I can cancel on my app. It is a nice place but was disappointed how I was told it was cancelled and it wasn't. The person at the front desk was newer but still should have been cancelled when it was.
