The staff is INCREDIBLY helpful!!! They are very friendly and make you feel like Family. The machines are self explanatory ( but I still need help) They acknowledge you when you come in, I recently had knee replacement and they know I am struggling. So they give words of encouragement ( go at your own pace, any progress is good progress,) The cleaning if the machines by the staff and the members is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Going to PF and the way everything has been going, makes me WANT to continue!!!

The facility is clean and well organized. Bathrooms/ locker rooms are well cared for and always stocked. No running out of tp in this place. Friendly atmosphere and feels safe at any time.
