Way better equipment than the planet in west bend. Honestly would prefer never to go to west bend as the tanning machines there feel as if they do not work half as well and the treadmills at west bend actually make my body ache. The Hartford location is far superior.

Wow - Loved the place from the minute I walked in. Friendly staff - we only spoke for a few minutes but he was real, caring, interested, honest... Wish I had caught his name, young guy from Texas, I believe. The facility was clean - loved it! I was in town for the day and was so happy I could use my black card membership to work out there. The machines were new and nice. While I love my home membership in Oshkosh this would be my daily workout place - if only it wasn't an hour away! Thanks for a great experience. If I get the chance again, I'd definitely return - and recommend it highly.

I like the variety of equipment that you have and the amount of equipment. I rarely have to wait for any equipment. It would be nice if you would offer a trial for your “Black” membership or offer reduced pricing promotions.
