Great site! I go to this one sometimes when I work nearby. Very convenient. Best number of treadmills and cycles of the sites I go to. Only issue: usually have to open numerous lockers (unlocked) until I find one someone isn't using. It was 7 this time. There was one site that had hooks for jackets. You might consider that to free up locker space.

the new manager and assistant manager in their first week fixed the no cold water problem in the whole building (showers especially) that i have been complaining about for the last month before they changed managers. I spoke to both of them they listened ,they were concerned,and acted on the problems right away.GREAT TEAM !!!! KUDOS TO THEM! [NAME REMOVED]

Excited to see finally new equipment. Though the organization of where the equipment is not the greatest but maybe it's too early to tell . I do like you teen program but one thing , make the teens aware that the staff is there to help them especially how to use the equipment correctly.

I like that the gym in Hauppauge is clean and open 24 hours. They also have new equipment. It's also a big space and even when it's crowded I have room to workout.
