Clean easy to access, friendly staff (could be more knowledgeable).... The site DOES NEED a trainer.....I'm being told for in excess of 2 years that "one is being hired as we speak".....perhaps what planet fitness needs is a trainer who covers 3 or 4 sites rather than just one trainer are sparse sites... Hauppauge needs one, Bay Shore needs one.....one trainer can handle both sites... 7 miles apart is not that great a distance. Also, same for a dietician which would help greatly as people strive to better their help... Planet Fitness would benefit from focus on the entire person... not just the muscular part......
