The management team and staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt a little intimidated walking around trying to find a machine I could use. As soon as I went to a staff member, they quickly were able to ease my mind and get me the help I needed. They introduced me to another long time member to Planet Fitness who assisted me, this meme we actually checked on me the following day and encouraged me to machines that would help my target areas. Everyone who works at Planet Fitness that I have come across has been very professional and friendly!! Makes going to the gym enjoyable!
