I love the 30 min circuit, the massage tables, the changing rooms and restrooms are plentiful, the music is great for working out, and the staff is very helpful. Overall great place to work out. I just wish the group classes were easier to find and offered more often.

It is a good place to go to the gym at affordable price but it need more equipments since multiple people using it. It awesome to have HydoMassage, Massage chairs, and Total Body Enchantment to help recovery the muscle, so you won't feel so much soreness at the post workout.
