Very happy with my experience at Planet Fitness. For some reason, I must've misclicked an email and inadvertently left a poor review by mistake. That was a complete error because my experiences have always been positive. A very nice representative from the South Main location called me today to ask for feedback on how to improve and that's the only reason I found out about the poor review. I shared with her that the poor score was an error and I couldn't be happier with my experiences at Planet Fitness. This is true at both the South Main and Eastchester locations. I am very happy with my Planet Fitness membership and my experiences have been great.
