Universal Design inside, although all PF sites do not have accessibility, this one has non-blaring lights and this one has modern equipment.

There is so much I LOVE about Planet Fitness! Or PFit as I call it :) I tell everyone about it!!! The staff at the Highlands Ranch location is INCREDIBLE! They are always very kind and welcoming and make me feel like I’m important and special! The HR location is very clean..which I love and respect. I love the wellness rooms…Red light is my favorite, the massage chairs and hydro lounges are AMAZING also…and the yellow room is a great workout for me, the equipment is great and well maintained! I literally walk out of PFit feeling lifted and better than I did when I walked in…EVERYTIME! I can’t say enough about how wonderful I think it is. I highly recommend!

don't have to deal with frustration of numerous equipment not being available due to over crowded gym area. Plenty of cleaning stations and up to date music and don't have to resort to head phones.

It is very clean. They have many many machines so you don’t have to wait around for people to be on phones to get off the machines. It is not overcrowded. The equipment is new.

Overall I really like the equipment and staff! Just some small things for improvement: - It would be nice to change up the TV stations every so often. (would like to see ABC, CNBC, NBC, Golf Channel, Tennis Channel, ESPN) - Men's unrinals could use a cleaning - maybe some more Classic or Southern Rock for music?
