I appreciate that the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and keeps the facility stocked with cleaning supplies. The equipment is also clean and well maintained while the temperature is always cool and comfortable. The music is diverse, fun and not too loud. The young man who works overnight/early morning is phenomenal. He deserves a raise and/or bonus. He keeps this location very clean. Paper towels and cleaner are always full. He is always busy doing something but yet you never have to look for him when you need a massage chair, tanning bed, etc. This location should be very proud of him and the job he does.

I injured my arm tendon back in January when I fell at home. I believe the trainer’s name is Stan. The trainer showed me different ways to help strengthen and heal that arm. Within 30 days I had full function of my arm again. Thank you.
