Emily was so helpful and so patient with everything to help me establish membership. Even when I had difficulty on my phone, hearing the representative from my insurance company, she took me and my husband to a quieter environment and assisted us until everything was finalized.

Some other plant fitness locations had low lights and less Equipements but the one in Raliegh was very bring with adequate lighting and clean equipment's and better ambiance.

I fairly new, but in the short time I've been there I have found the staff to be very helpful. They answer all questions and are happy to help you find your way around. I met with a trainer to show me the machines and how to use them. He was professional and very helpful. So far loving my workout time at Planet Fitness.
