Josh is very friendly and welcoming as are most of the members. The gym is clean. I do wish there was a disability button to open the door for those who need it. The mall has one but the gym doors do not. Also a laying hamstring machine should be the next machine added. Thanks!

I love going in the mornings so peaceful and not so crowded before work give that good burst of energy for my day and sense of purpose to instill a healthy routine friendly staff and well kept clean. Locker rooms clean and stocked showers sometimes do have a mildew smell, but it's a public shower honestly love it.

Having a gym membership forces me to stay accountable to my self-care on the rainiest/snowies days when everyone stays inside. The Black Card membership enables me to visit neighboring facilities when my home gym is closed/under repairs, which has been very helpful. I've lost a good 30+ pounds so far! As long as the fees stay manageable, I will keep it up.
