Customer service is very good. The equipment is always clean and functional. The members are friendly and respectful. I like the Black Card perks. The overall monthly fee is valuable. I happen to be a certified fitness trainer (not my source of revenue) so I have a good understanding of how fitness centers should operate.

Pretty much everything. The staff are friendly, helpful, and work hard to keep the gym clean. There are enough machines for the number of clients. *Feedback regarding sharing this review. I would like to suggest giving reviewers the option of choosing how their name will be displayed. I wouldn’t mind having my review displayed, but don’t like having my name on the internet.

I joined Planet Fitness a year ago and yet to use it. My friend and I wanted to take advantage of the Membership offer. But before we could begin, she was in a car accident. She is still in therapy. However, why am I giving Planet Fitness a thumbs up? It has great parking (Kahala). The staff is helpful when I have gone in when I had a question related to my membership. Although I do not interact with the members, but they seem to be happy and are friendly. They always have a a smile. I do plan to make use of my membership. I am a great procrastinator. I'll soon will be 92 years old, so I better get going. Thank you for letting me respond. TYVM

It is very clean with modern, operational equipment. The site has a good number of aerobic machines (i.e., treadmills) that eliminates waiting for a vacant machine. The gym is well worth the price of admission! My two suggestions would be to place weight scales in the bathrooms and expand operating hours to 24 hours a day.
