okay no problems, except for people who sit at stations (leg press, etc) way too long because they are on smart phones. This is annoying to have to wait to do my exercises because they are sitting there with their iphones.

As a travel nurse I have been to many Plant Fitness locations across the US…. The Horseheads location remains one of my favorite. It is ALWAYS clean, including the locker rooms & bathrooms. I love that this location actually has plenty of stair masters, instead of only a million treadmills/ellipticals you find at other locations. Love that they have a separate location in the stretching/pull up room with a few benches and dumbbells. Staff is always very nice & helpful. Machines here are updated and clean! Never out of order for an extended period of time. Overall— I have nothing bad to say. They give the more expensive gyms in the area a run for their money.

Friendly staff, very good at listening... The tanning bulbs were replaced and the place is always clean. We come to Jesus the way we are... Faith plus nothing equals salvation and eternal security. Jesus has placed it on my heart to share the Gospel, gospel means good news! Jesus, God the Son the Son of God, died, and spilled His precious blood, on the cross to pay the price for our sins. He was buried and on the third day rose from the dead just like the scriptures said He would. Salvation is a gift from God, please accept it now if you haven't already by BELIEVING in what Jesus did for us. The gospel is in 1 Corinthians 15 in the Bible. The rapture of the Church, when saved people are called up to Heaven to be with the Lord, is imminent. After the rapture the Lord gives another chance for salvation, people can NOT take the mark of the Beast. The Mark of the Beast goes in the right hand or forehead and people may not buy or sell without it. Ephesians 2:8-9 “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.”

Everything, the atmosphere, the staff were exceptional. I joined through my United Health Care Silver Sneakers plan (medicare). The insurance company paid the $24.99 monthly fee for I believe at least five years. As a 100% disabled veteran, and having had two back surgeries the message tables were an excellent therapy. But the United Health Care (United Health Group), decided to bump everyone down to the basic level at $19.99 a month. I complaint to UHC that the five dollar difference limits what I can use now. And I asked them to bump me back up to the Black Card, or I would start going to physical therapy at $178.00 a week. They could care less! So since I could not have access to the full Black Card experience, specifically the massage tables, I went to PT twice a week for four weeks at $88.00 per visit. Still they didn't care. The nearest VA is 30 miles away, Planet fitness in Horseheads is only 5 miles away. When I lived in Syracuse, the VA had all of these items that PF has, but at 69 years old, I can only do what I can do. So I went to PF last week and asked to cancel my membership. I didn't want to, but thats life as a senior.
