I enjoy Planet Fitness becasue they have all the equipment you need andthe staff is excllent. Brie, Yolunda, Olivia, Juan are all very good and an excllent example of good people and staff. The regional people that come around are not as friendly and that may be the position they have, THe only issue I have is that not all the TVs are working and it appears some dont work on any weekends. Also the water fountain filter has been out for quite some time. It isnt the staffs fault but rather getting the repairs done quicker. When I mention it I am told it is on the list which I beleive. I havent seen the repairman there in quite some time As a business it is the little things that matter and get noticed. OVerall, you have an outstanding staff!!! Highly reccomend..

It’s so close to my house, affordable, and has so many machines that I’ve hardly ever had to wait to use the one I want. I love that I can tan there as well. And all of the staff are so nice and helpful (Especially Juan!)

Limit people to 1 machine a time. Dont do 8 sets at a time per machine. If you want to talk to people, get off the machines.

It is low tone no loud talking, yelling, or a group getting around a piece of equipment and hogging a machine, keeping others from using it.

First, the location and hours along with the diverse amount of equipment. Secondly, David with the cleaning crew is great, and all of the cleaning staff are thorough and seem passionate about doing a very good job. I appreciate clean equipment very much. Additionally, Bri, Yolanda and Juan of your staff are always kind and greet me each and every time with a genuine smile and always hope I have a great workout. I’m an early morning person so it’s refreshing to be greeted at the start of my day. I’ve been to two other Planet Fitness locations in my area. The Hwy 6 location is my home - I feel like a part of the family/staff. Not to say the other clubs don’t have great staff, but the staff at my club actually have gotten to know me. Thank you all for making my exercise experience great each time I come in. David B. Walker - faithful member, now over 2 years and going forward!

Very kind and friendly Team of helpful, knowledgeable Crew and Fitness Associates. Everything is kept very clean. They reinforce the disinfecting and wiping down after each machine use. They fix anything broken fairly quickly. And they have the massage chairs that are so very nice after a workout. I LOVE PLANET FITNESS AT COPPERFIELD!
