The gym is VERY clean! All of the workers are so nice and helpful. I thoroughly enjoy the environment and Planet Fitness has everything I need in a gym. The reason I gave it a 9 is because at my specific location it gets overcrowded at certain times. Other than that, it’s my place to go!

Customer service. I’ve was going to the other club down the street (which is closer to my home) their service had gotten terrible. That’s why we switched clubs . Your only as good as your people.
