I like that there is no fees to have a trainer. I only get my SSI and cannot afford to pay for a trainer. I have Autism and several other disorders. The trainer Jamal is great and understands how to keep me motivated without upsetting me. Jamal keeps the classes interesting, fun and challenging. Jamal is very respectful to everyone. Yhe o ly thing i do not like is the management. The manager and assistant manager need to be more respectful in how they speak to and treat their staff and customers.

Overnight guy javondre is very nice very helpful. Everyone loves him. He takes the time to demonstrate how to use the machines if you don't know how.

I usually going at night/morning depending on your opinion around (12:30am). The associate named dre always help my old man when he need remind of certain exercises to do! He always talk to people making sure they’re okay if need any help with things. 10 out 10!

The Humble location is a really great gym. I have no complaints, but I do have a few suggestions. The Dumbbell area should have staggered benches for people to use; with a sign for people to leave the benches staggered. This allows room to move and lift without crowding. I would also suggest some stanchions with signs that prohibit anyone from lifting beyond the stanchions. This would force people to retrieve the Dumbbells they want and then move away from the rack, back behind the stanchions. It would be good to remind people to use only one set of dumbbells at a time as well as machines. Gathering numerous sets and keeping them lying around your bench keeps others from being able to use them but also creates a trip hazard. Also, no phone calls in the heavy equipment area. You are tying up some piece of equipment, but it is also a safety hazard. One last one, I would prohibit recording or picture taking in the equipment area. If you are filming in the mirror, you are catching everyone in the gym behind you, and as a former Military member, I shouldn't have my whereabouts broadcasted on the internet, even by accident. Overall I am very happy with the gym experience you provide. I know that there are a lot of former military that work out at your location, and if you put a couple of my suggestions into practice, I promise, they are going to appreciate it.

I’ve had a great experience working out at the Planet Fitness here in Humble! Jesus, one of the staff members, was incredibly helpful with setting up my membership. He made the whole process smooth and easy to understand, and he was very kind in showing me around and explaining how to use some of the new machines the gym has provided. I really appreciated his help and professionalism. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Have a lot of different equipment and recently added new equipment/chest machines. Very positive atmosphere from the staff to all the amenities. Great music to match the vibes especially for someone like me who occasionally forgets to charge his headphones.
