The customer service has always been great. I also think there is great value for the monthly fee. My only critical feedback is: - I wish we could repurpose the 30-minute workout section to help offset some of the crowds in the main gym (alternatively, use of the 30-minute section could be more broadly socialized; we just need to clear some congestion on the main floor). - It would be good if we could enforce equipment cleaning; meaning staff would enforce members’ wiping down equipment after each use.

The place is always quiet even when there’s a lot of people. Everyone kind of minds their own business and I’ve never had any weird or uncomfortable encounter with either members or staff. The showers are great!

I've been to many PFs up and down the East Coast, this one is exceptionally clean and the staff is friendly! Seems like several homeless people have made that their spot but that is to be expected. I do wish they'd enforce the no bags and tank tops in the workout areas.
