Place is real clean and staff is friendly. You did change out some equipment and several seniors not happy. The sit down bikes are not as comfortable. Only left us 4 sit down bikes. There was a stomach machine in the back room and it was replaced. Only seen 2 people on new machine. Can we get old one back. People stood in line to use the old one. Also at the very front there is a stomach machine and Lake Jackson need 2 of them. I do enjoy my time at PF. Some of the changes you did need to be reversed.

There is like shoulder shrug machine it was more like shoulder lateral raise machine that I loved and miss from my old gym. Other than that I love the equipment.

With my experiences lately, I have had Nice Friendly Assistance from the working Staffs. Here in Lake Jackson with the times I have been coming to the facility, I have had 1 encounter where the person behind the counter had her head stuck to her phone that she did not acknowledge you as you went by the counter.

Like the variety of machines to exercise with especially when recovering from surgery. For example, Shoulder rotator cuff tendon repair. Sometimes you have to wait for the machines to become available if it's only 1 of it's kind.

My local Planet Fitness has the best staff! Alway friendly and helpful. The gym is always clean and pleasant. The Black Card is a great deal for the services I use.
