These three employees were walking thru the equipment checking for any problems with each station. They all listened to several of my suggestions and took notes. Very good service from them. I asked for names; Marissa Ivonne Amanda My wife and I have been members for several years. Always good service. Also very good service from these at the front desk. I like the location. The facility is pretty good and the staff are nice.my only issue is trying to use the 30 minute workout area and it being full of people who aren’t even adhering to the red light green light rule. The meter lies as far as how crowded the gym is. Some days it feels that the meter should be almost full but instead it shows 2 bars and I can barely get a machine or weights for my workout. I’ve found corners to work out only to have people workout on top of me. My husband says the men’s bathroom used to be nice but now it smells of mold and mildew.

Planet Fitneas Pasadena is my favorite place to workout. Best part is the training classes with Kevin. He challenges me everyday to lift heavier and comes up with so many variations for different muscle groups!
