I like the availability on all the exercise machines there and the assistance provided from some of the employees there too. Not everyone who works there greets you well or provides assistance when required for service or maintenance in the gym. For example just yesterday on 06/11/2025 there was no paper or spray available to wipe and clean the exercise machines all over the gym for hours which caused many gym members, including me, to feel frustrated and uncomfortable using the machines. Now I brought this issue to the two employees attention working at the front counter at that time and still nothing was done to handle the situation for some time. Even though this was the first time I've experienced this at the gym, it was very inconvenient I believe that by telling you about this situation it will help keep it from happening again and from receiving a lower score and making recommendations from me and other members.

The surroundings make it possible for me to enjoy my workout sessions and the trainer's are always looking out for members ensuring they're enjoying their time in the gym for example Antoine often goes around helping people who maybe struggling with a certain machine and shows them how to do it properly.

The customer service also the gym is very clean. The price for membership for 24-hour gym is amazing. Only thing that I would say about planet fitness is the 30 minute circuit members hanging on one machine for 30 minutes watching their phones or talking to people when it's truly supposed to be a 30 minute workout.
