The size of the facility, cleanliness and the trainers. The variety of equipment and the ability to have a trainer help with creating a workout program for you. Just wish there was a way to get folks to stop sitting around on the machines scrolling on their phones so others can use the machines.

I like that its always clean and sanitary in the entire facility. I also appreciate the different work out options they have such as machines and different stations for different focus area. Im a very social person and I love to be around people, so the amount of space in the gym is perfect for meeting new people every time you go to the gym because there's always lots of people there.

I am 84+ and have been a member for over 10 years. Your facilities are clean, up to date, in fact you are constantly replacing and updating your equipment. Your employees are courteous, and helpful. I would definitely recommend anyone to join. With the weather getting warmer, I plan on once again getting back to a more regular attendance. Thank you for our services. Ken Keller

The staff is tipocally very sweet and out going. I love how they dont hover over you when you come in they watch you scan and let you do your thing although you do have to ask them if you want to go tanning which is common sense haha
