I like the simplicity of scanning myself in. I love the meter on the app that lets me know if it is crowded or not. The people at the front desk are always welcoming. I never feel intimidated by other gym attendees. I get to go in, do my thing, and head on out. That is what a gym should feel like for an ADHD/on the spectrum attendee. For some they may like to interact with a trainer, but I enjoy not being forced to work with one.

Best of all is our retirement plans cover the monthly cost! The facility was recently upgraded with new machines. This has been done on regular basis. The facility is also kept very clean. No worries here , no steroid boys here.
