I prefer 30-minute exercise circles. It's nice not to have to feel embarrassed when I'm with other people. Not everyone is fit or muscular.

It is a fairly large facility, and the people are respectful and considerate. There is a wide variety of equipment, and I have had a good experience with Planet Fitness.
