Dear Planet Fitness Team, I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the exceptional quality of the Greenfield facility. As someone who frequently travels for work—currently in Canada—I make it a priority to visit a Planet Fitness location almost daily. However, none of the facilities I have visited compares to the Greenfield location in several key ways. Most notably, I have found Greenfield to be significantly cleaner than the other locations I have visited. While each facility is set up differently, Greenfield stands out for its extensive selection of equipment, all of which are consistently well-maintained. I regularly see employees actively cleaning, ensuring supplies like towels and spray bottles are well-stocked, which contributes to a great workout experience. Additionally, I want to commend Thomas, who is frequently on duty when I visit. His friendly demeanor and willingness to engage in conversation make a meaningful difference in how I perceive the facility. Thank you for providing such a well-kept and welcoming environment. Over the past year, I have lost 94 pounds, and having a high-quality gym to train in has played a significant role in my success. I truly appreciate the effort your team puts into maintaining such an outstanding facility. Thank you, Matt

I can’t say enough great things about my local Planet Fitness! From the moment you walk in, the staff sets the tone with their upbeat, welcoming energy. They’re always friendly, professional, and genuinely happy to help with anything—whether it’s answering questions, offering encouragement, or just brightening your day with a smile. Their positive and fun attitudes make every visit something to look forward to. The gym itself is always spotless. The equipment is clean, well-maintained, and clearly cared for, which shows how much pride the staff takes in creating a great environment. I never have to worry about waiting too long for machines, and everything is organized and easy to find. It’s rare to find a gym where the people, the atmosphere, and the facility all come together so perfectly—but this one nails it. I truly enjoy coming here and always leave feeling better than when I arrived. Big thanks to the entire team for making this such a fantastic place to work out!
