All of the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They greet you every time you walk in.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. One employee in particular seems to go above and beyond her duties. I highly recommend that you give Jody the raise she deserves. Every time I frequent the gym, I see her cleaning or attending to other duties. A fine upstanding young lady!
