Environment was very pleasant and peaceful. I could work out on my own without distractions. It always stay clean. I was always greeted at the counter. Very nice, helpful, trainers and instructors. The equipment always worked nice place to work out healthy environment, healthy body.

I enjoy the friendly staff, clean equipment & machines, non hostile environment where everyone is minding their own business & I truly don’t feel judged. Either that, or I’m just not paying attention! I do wish the locker rooms & showers were cleaner & had a better smell but other than that, the place is generally pretty solid. I also love the QR codes on the machines linking to tutorials especially as someone who’s always felt intimidated by the gym, that alleviates so much pressure and allows me to experience my workout without judgement.

The number one thing I like the most is it's a no judgement gym, everyone minds their own business, and the staff is very friendly, the prices are Reasonable, and they keep it clean, trainers are always on site to help you with any machines, or answer any questions that you may have, the showers are always nice and hot.
