The staff is very helpful…just excellent. It makes for a wonderful visit each time. A real family atmosphere. The bad… the black card spa hydro lounges have been broken for months. There are 3, but only one works. One lounge has been broken for almost a year. This is ridiculous since I pay extra for this service.

I have nothing bad to say about planet fitness on imperial it's clean, new machines, the weights are in order and now that school has started it is not too crowded. There's a young lady that works at the front desk. I think her name is Kizzy. She greets me with respect and with a smile all the time every time. The one thing that did not impress me (and I don't use the locker room that often) it could've used a little bit more attention.
