I love that the machines have the tutorial for proper use. Enough machines so that waiting is never an extended amount of time. Absolutely love the massage chairs and the hydro massage. Those alone are worth the Black Card Membership.

I absolutely love everyone that works there. They are so nice and kind and full of knowledge. The gym is kept very nice and clean. I’ve had an amazing experience at my home location, minus the time I got stuck in the bathroom without toilet paper lol lol lol

Atmosphere, and the equipment is very easy to understand what it's specific use is for. I also love the stretching area and the cleanliness. The bathroom needed some cleanup but it was addressed soon without me saying anything. I had not been in several years and my return was pleasant!
