The atmosphere is always conducive to a good workout. Machines are always in great shape. The only negative would be getting another clock for the back of the gym to monitor my time instead of running up to the front, I don't bring my phone in!!! Thank you

I’m happy I can come in and exercise and not feel awkward. I don’t have to worry if I look stupid or if my shape isn’t like a models. I can just be myself and enjoy the workout and there is always someone to help you if you need it or have questions. It really is a safe zone for all and I like that.

I like the fact that people leave you alone & there are a variety of machines available. However, , not satisfied with the lack of instruction for red light machine and tanning booths even when requested. I do not like the fact that the people who work here are not required to clean tanning beds & do not clean up the mats or the surfaces. I clean up before & after use just in case. I was told patrons are not required to wipe machine after use; it should be regulation.
