I would likely recommend Planet Fitness Irondequoit to a friend or family member, especially for someone looking for an affordable gym . The equipment is well-maintained, and the staff is generally friendly. However, I’d recommend it more for beginners or casual gym-goers rather than serious lifters, since the free weight section is limited.
