We went to Irondequoit Planet Fitness for 1-1/2 years 3 times a week. We have recently moved and therefore being 20 miles away from Irondequoit we have moved to the Planet Fitness in Victor, NY. We made a lot of friends at Irondequoit Planet Fitness and it was a journey of exercising that was nearby our home then. The workers and manager were awesome, helpful and very knowledgeable with all the equipment, the place was always clean and sanitized. We shall miss everyone!

The two front desk associates, Carlos and Jamie, are always very friendly upon entering the fitness center. They do a great job at welcoming customers into the fitness center. I have really enjoyed my experience the last year!

I’ve been coming to this location for 4 plus years and I can say the staff are friendly and keep up with the gym’s cleanliness! I also met the mother of the gentleman that opened the gym in the Irondequoit location and she was so kind and friendly which caused me to naturally always return to this gym as a first impression is everything and I would/have recommended the gym to others just off good customer service!

Good equipment Noah who works days when I’m there is great. He is very good with the members old and young he seems to be the only one who cleans on a regular basis basis. Always smiling.
