Bad news 1st I may be miss spelling his name but the young man that answered the phone when I called to brag on another staff member on Wednesday was Xavier terrible terrible phone manners took forever to answer questions all I wanted was to talk to general manager or manager about giving kudos to Asia Jackson and after me asking him 3 or 4 times he finally took my name and number down to give to the manager so he could call me back. (And by the way he’s never called me back) ,,, What I wanted to tell the mgr that I was a guest there on Tuesday while visiting my daughter the staff lady on duty was Asia Jackson this young lady helped me set up on my phone an app so I could work out that one day, she was so professional so pleasant so patient and so knowledgeable so much so when I got back to Hot Springs Village Arkansas I’ve decided to join one of your clubs than u for listening [NAME REMOVED]

I haven't went yet, I signed up but I will say , the customer service I received was GREAT. The people welcomed me when I walked in, they explained everything and also asked did I want a massage in the chair , I declined because I was busy but told them I will be back. Irving Texas on MacArthur Rd is where I went.
