the staff are great people and the facility houses the necessary equipment but the renovations at the jackson location are ridiculous. everything was fine the way it was and now we have to leave for a month while renovations are completed. if something works just leave it alone

Very friendly and customer-focused staff. Cleanliness is important, and the staff is consistent with refurbishing the cleaning stations, wiping down equipment, and vacuuming the flooring, keeping away dust balls, and the same attention is carried over to the locker room. Plenty of equipment that keeps anyone from waiting to use anything.
