I love the lighting!!!!!!! It’s so clean! I still have no clue how to hear the TVs when on the treadmill. I wish you had heavier dumbells. At least get to 100s.

Jackson is my home gym. I was sad that it closed and I had to travel to workout but what a great pleasure to see our newly remodeled gym. Thanks guys you did a great job. Lots of equipment cleaner updated facilities! I. Have to shower after my workout due to the driving distance to work. Thanks for the updated showers ! This is a great gym with an excellent staff. Appreciate the remodel.

Clean, bright and the equipment suits my needs. However, the audio needs to be fixed on the TV monitors. Reading subtitles is annoying

Newly renovated Jackson facility - bright and feels spacious, not dark. Women’s bathroom looks great. Sinks are modern. There needs to be 1-2 more smith machines. They seem to always be full around rush hour. There could be improvement to placement of sanitizing stations. I often find myself unsure of where it is compared to previous placement.

Staff here in Jackson Planet Fitness are friendly and keep the gym very clean. The new redo of the gym is really an upgrade ! It is so much lighter with more equipment and all new locker room replacement and additions.
