The clean facility, dedicated staff members especially the manager always willing to help me & others whenever asked. The new equipment is a bit challenging but I’m sure I will get use to it. Oh the ladies restroom is always neat and clean. The I55 location is my favorite!!

I honestly have had issues in the past. From it being clean, the staff being rude, people dressed inappropriately. No I spoke to managers in the past who made corrections but I still decided to take a break from this location. However my visit last week was oh sooooo 10/10 would recommend!! The young lady at the desk was sooooiooooo very kind. The equipment was all clean. It was new equipment! The bathroom was very clean and smelled good. I was so proud! I can’t wait to return because this is my preferred location because it is in my neighborhood.

Planet Fitness has some of everything and is in a very central location for me and my daily routine. I appreciate the very kind staff who always have a pleasant comment or two. Just recently they have upgraded the equipment twice. It’s got more than I need but also I rarely cannot walk right into my next machine. The price is much better than any other gyms that I’m aware of. A bonus is often running into a friend or two.
