I really enjoy coming to the Planet Fitness at Westland Plaza. The staff members are always friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which makes working out a great experience. The facilities are very clean and well-kept, and the club manager along with the entire team do an excellent job supporting members. I appreciate the positive atmosphere they create!

The Westland Plaza location is very convenient for me. Half the TV's don't work. The air conditioning needs to be upgraded. The excercise machines are old. There is no new equipment like there is at Planed Fitness locations in the suburbs. Even with these problems, the staff is courteous and professional and does not make excuses. Planet Fitness corporation should invest the proper financial resources in it's Westland Plaza location. Your customers deserve the best equipment Planet Fitness can offer.
