The Westland Plaza location is very convenient for me. Half the TV's don't work. The air conditioning needs to be upgraded. The excercise machines are old. There is no new equipment like there is at Planed Fitness locations in the suburbs. Even with these problems, the staff is courteous and professional and does not make excuses. Planet Fitness corporation should invest the proper financial resources in it's Westland Plaza location. Your customers deserve the best equipment Planet Fitness can offer.

Going to the gym "Planet Fitness" is the highlight of my life. Being a member here has broaden my networking skills & changed the way I look at myself. The key elements here are the clean, organized spaces and well equipped facility that allows me to enjoy my workout. " The No Judgment Zone is real in this facility. I do wish we could get some of the newer equipment.. But Overall I Love This Gym!!!! It's family oriented here

PF at Westland Plaza is by far the best facility I have been a part of. Of the surrounding clubs, management has done an amazing job motivating and encouraging staff to be active contributors in the success of the club. The cleanliness and hospitality of the staff are top tier. The management and staff have made PF a must visit club.
