I love my Planet Fitness family on Ellis Avenue in Jackson, MS. My times are primarily early morning. However, whenever I come in the staff is nice and extremely helpful. Keep up the great work.

I’ve been a member at Planet Fitness for a while now, and I have to say—this location continues to impress me. The gym is always clean, well-maintained, and has everything I need for a great workout. What really sets it apart, though, is the morning team. They’re consistently welcoming, friendly, and professional—always greeting members with a smile and keeping the energy positive early in the day. I also want to give a special shoutout to the club manager for going the extra mile. It’s rare to see such genuine follow-up with members, and it really shows they care about both the gym’s atmosphere and our fitness journeys. It’s that kind of personal attention that builds community and keeps me coming back. Thanks to the whole team for making Planet Fitness!!
