It's very clean. Staff are pretty super. The only thing this PF seems to lack is water coolers. A little different from Anchorage, but heck when you can use the gym and know it's clean means a lot. These folks take pride
I wish the 30-minute area would remain. I travel here after Bartrum eliminated it. Though my attendance is rare there, it is fun. Planet Fitness needed to promote it more. I was a part of a group twice a week that loved it and we used all stations and people would not even notice a workout was going. For you, the problem was reversed, getting scarce in use. COVID affected a lot making people more individualized. I can only think it was due to a lack of a trainer supporting it as well turning so limited in times. If you would have surveyed your clients to have a trainer there or ask for a volunteer, I think your original concept with your no pressure/intimidation feeling would have been better. You should return to group efforts to make people healthy and enjoy their experience. Otherwise, you are just an inexpensive gym to opt into. Are you a salon for tanning beds with heavy lifters, or driven to experience a feeling of mutual goals? If I were younger, the heavy weights are hardly available as they sit around looking in the mirrors.
Very clean location, welcomed at the door and scanned my barcode. To the right you see a tanning area and massage area, I walked in the back to browse the PFB area as I wasn't very familiar with the place. The place was so clean, the floors the hallway, and a very nice area. I continue to the exit not to disturb anyone, and walked to the back. To the right was a very clean fitness area definitely 5 stars on cleaness. To the left were treadmills and those were also extremely clean everyone of them. As I continued to walk I see another area and that area is with mats and other gym items with people working out. This area was also very clean and to the left were other equipment which was a 5-star clean.
