The facility is very clean. Equipment is top notch and enough duplicate machines so you are not waiting long. The atmosphere is not like a hard core gym so I feel very comfortable going through my routine as a senior person.

I was super hesitant about joining a big gym because I’m a big dude trying to get less big. Everyone is so nice behind the counter and they are quick to help me figure out how to use the black spa stuff. I’m excited to go every day and I even checked out another location and loved that too!
