Mostly the tanning beds, bud the workout equipment is very nice aswell... I did notice the back exercise machine is no longer there... There is no machine to workout the love handles on the back now...........

The trainer who helped me set up a workout plan was so nice and helpful. He explained how to use all the machines thoroughly. They always greet you and the staff is always helpful. It’s very clean and the atmosphere is very positive and motivating.
