Very friendly, helpful staff. Love how they greet you each day. Clean environment and equipment is well kept. Love the reasonable cost to be a member, the app we use on our phones and all the info available on the app. I have read on FB pages complaints from other PF locations and Janesville has none of that. Well done PF staff!! 👏👏👏

The equipment is well taken care of (doesn't stick, squeak, clank) and there is more than one of the non-cardio machines (2 of most machines) so that at least one is available when you want to use it or the time you have to wait for it to be available is minimal.
