Every employee I’ve been in contact with has been very welcoming and helpful. Apparently my iPhone is so old I can’t use your app. You’re staff doesn’t even laugh at me 👍. They have helped me set up the treadmill, bicycle and other machines. New to me, I appreciate the instructions.
