Most of the employees are nice. They acknowledge people when they come in the door. There is one guy that refuses to check me in to the black card amenities, nor does he say have a good work out or have a good day to me. I never figured out his hate for me since I don’t know who he is. Besides the male worker everyone else is nice, friendly. The building is clean. The machines are doing their job, never see out of order on the machines more than a couple of days. The manager is knowledgeable, friendly and always has a smile on her face for the customers.

I like how there is such a variety of equipment! I feel like I'm working different muscle groups the way I want to. Paper towels are always in stock. The staff go around and clean thoroughly.

Planet fitness offers a safe, clean and inviting gym environment. There is always plenty of well-lit parking and the grounds are clean and well kept. The equipment and Black Card amenities are top notch and always in good repair and clean. The staff is what makes the gym exceptional. The staff cooperate well together as a team and are always busy. In addition, they are friendly, attentive and take personal ownership in everything they do.

I always feel comfortable going to this gym. there is a lot of equipment to choose from for everyone. However, I wish they had MORE recumbent steppers instead of just 2. This is a very popular machine for older customers and for people like me that have knee issues and are awaiting surgery. This machine is very hard to get unless you can go at certain times of day.
