Very clean and spacious areas! The new location is much more open and I feel like there’s more machines. I did see one of the employees walking into the men’s room while vaping but what do you expect when it’s mostly teenagers working there. Don’t get me wrong though, they are all super nice when you come and go as well as doing their rounds often.

We were going to the Plainfield location but were getting tired of how all the smith machines were always pushed back into the "arm" machines. There was never any room for walking in between the machines. it felt like you were on top of each other. The Smith machines were finally pushed back where they belong but that only lasted 2 days. So we decided to try Joliet and loved it. it is spacious and clean.

I like this gym, but am curious as to why the scales were removed. I find it useful to have one at the gym so I don't have to have one at home. It was one of my motivations to go to the gym. It also keeps me from being obsessed with weighing myself being limited to only doing it at the gym.
