I come early in typically around 530am and the girl (with the long brown hair) is always so sweet and smiley when I come in, she gets relieved around the time I get there. I also really like the staff that they currently have during the 5-730am shifts. The 2 guys and the other girl with long brown hair. They are all really friendly and helpful! The gym is always clean and everything seems to be in order. No complaints here!

Friendly staff, clean facility. Instead of some wrestling belt as an award for being stellar, the staff should all receive a tax free money pay out.They didn't win a cage match against Hulk Hogan.They work their butts off and are massively friendly to everyone!

I'm always greeted on each visit, looker room, toilets are clean floor are always mopped clean. Equipment always working like it should the morning crew always cleaning it gets me motivated to working out! Morning crew keep up the great work!! 💪👊💯

It's pretty nice and a great for my return to the gym. The staff are very welcoming and patient. But I do have one major complaint. With the weekends closing early. I usually go after work and I don't get to go work out. Leaving 2 big holes in my workout routine. I'd like for the gym to be open later so I can go and work out so I can stay consistent.
