My previous experiences at the Jefferson location have left much to be desired. The staff feels so uncaring and disconnected. Here at this location though, complete opposite. Never had a bad experience and the staff is so much more personable and respectful. Look at the end of the day everyone just wants to workout and go about their business. This place makes it so much more pleasant. Thank you.

That place was very clean and equipment.Selection was great... The only issue I had was, if you're doing stairmaster, or treadmill to tvs are too far away... I suggest larger tvs
