Everyone that works at this Planet Fitness is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Demy and Joe are a couple of standouts. The gym, restrooms, and locker room area are always clean and well kept.

I love all of the planet fitness staff that I have talked to so far. Today Tyler at the military trail Jupiter planet fitness did an amazing job in customer service he was able to assist me with duplicate accounts. I was blown away when he said he had only been there for a couple weeks. Which tells me whoever trained him did an excellent job as well. He was able to locate my past account which was difficult for another employee at a different location. He was able to take a remaining balance payment and was extremely kind and patient with the situation. I was very happy with the customer assistance I received here. :)
