Dimy continues to show pride and passion at what he does to every level. There’s a noticeable difference when he’s there and when he’s off. The staff is more energetic and seemingly more willing to make their rounds thru the gym when Diny is there. He seems to have a positive relationship with every member and greets most by name every day. I left palm beach gardens planet fitness shortly after he left because of the clear drop in cleanliness and kindness. I’ll drive extra for the better staff.

I love the greetings, yet not always consistent. I like the black card lounge and the amenities-but sometimes it is dark and the TV is not on. I like that the associates are awesome, but not always consistent.

Its all great, but you should have fewer stations with politics. We are trying to escape when we go to the gym. Why not have some of those fun videos with action or animal humor. Politics is for another place!!!!
