Of the various planet fitnesses in the area, I like this one the best — worth the extra drive. Staff is friendly & helpful, facilities clean, no one bother you . Didn’t care for some of Planet Fitness corporate business procedures, but if I’m able to put the gym back in my scheduled as a single parent, this is the one I’ll go to.

I like how the Kannapolis gym is set up. Different from other planet fitness. Like that the tv monitors are labeled and close to the bikes. Also a greater choice of channels. Like the 30 minute circuit that has updated equipment. And I like the flags that alerted me to where the cleaning supplies are found. Great job. I am coming back.
