The location of the gym is perfect, along with the upbeat music and encouraging staff the environment is perfect for an amazing workout. I love Planet Fitness.

Excellent layout, spacious, clean, polite and courteous staff. I travel and have visited Planet Fitness centers in multiple states and this is my favorite. I live in Dallas and my closest center is in Hiram, which I like, but I will start to frequent your location when I am in town. Thank you for doing a great job in running your fitness center.

It would be helpful to name each of the equipment that utilizes Bluetooth. When you try to connect your phone or your headphones to any of these kisses of equipment that offer Bluetooth such as TVs attached to their equipment, the Bluetooth identifiers for connection for all the same. When I asked an employee for assistance, they had no clue how to connect. Is this absolutely not a complaint just a polite request.
