The price is reasonable. The staff is friendly. Convenient hours. I do wish they offered some duplicate machines. Sometimes when there is only 1 I have to wait or cycle back a couple times to check if it’s available. It’s tougher in the Summer because some students come in groups and occupy a machine for a long time since they each take a turn.

Having just moved from DC, I have generally liked and had good experience at the Kennett Square Planet Fitness location. However, many of the new front desk staff are not friendly and are more focused on their smart phones and talking with their colleagues than greeting members and answering questions.
