I like the cleanliness. Two complaints - 1) I don't like it when female employees are cleaning in the men's locker room. I've had to use the facilities but didn't because a female was in there. 2) I know this will never change, but I wish there was a policy against people texting or using their phones while on a machine. I've seen machines tied up unnecessarily for long periods of time by inconsiderate people sitting there on their phones and not using the machine.

Love this location! The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate. Very clean location and even when it is a busy time, it somehow does not feel overloaded w/people working out; it is a pretty large location. Super happy with Planet Fitness in general.

Got pretty upset today, I hate all the news channel TVs, there are way too many, so I went to run in front of my normal Planet Fitness channel, and it was constantly running an ad for City of Hope cancer center. I just got diagnosed with cancer and went to the gym to try and distract myself. Guess that wasn't going to happen today. Can you please rethink the TV channel choices, make sure the PF channel is just mindless videos, or at least provide machines that dont face any TVs? I would rather watch nothing than see the political circus going on, or be reminded that my body is trying to kill me.

Every where is clean, bright environment with happy color. But if one thing happen, the planet fitness building will be perfect! and that one is a good circulation which brings a fresh air in, may be keeping two doors open would be an option!? The inside stuffy air which is from breath, sweat and the smell of different body makes there a little...!? Thanks so much!
