It’s clean. The staff is pleasant. And not loud. One thing would be nice. The tread mills face east. The tvs are on east wall and behind tvs are windows that in the morning make it impossible to see the tvs due to the glare from the light coming in. blinds to block the morning light would be ice.

I would like to take a moment to commend the team at Planet Fitness on 75th Street in Kenosha. Every time I visit, the staff is incredibly accommodating, kind, and professional. The gym is always well-maintained and clean, which makes for a very comfortable workout environment. The front desk staff are especially courteous and helpful—any time I have a question or concern, they respond promptly and respectfully. It's clear that the employees are highly aware of what's going on within the facility and are attentive to the needs of all members. Their positive attitudes and strong customer service truly stand out. I appreciate the consistent quality of service and would like their leadership to know that the team at this location is doing an outstanding job. Keep up the great work!
