I was accidentally signed up at two Planet Fitness locations and Nick Johnson, the Club Manager in Kent, OH, kindly sorted it out. He was very pleasant throughout our interaction and never made me feel like I was wasting his time. Shout out to Nick! My husband and I always visit the club in the mornings, and the music can be SO LOUD then. I wear big noise cancelling earphones, but my husband only has earpods, and I worry about hearing damage. Do you have a policy about volume?

Planet fitness has helped out a lot with my weight loss journey. When I first started working out at planet fitness I went from 195 lbs now I am 155 lbs. I definitely love the fact that I don't have to pay for a tanning package and gym membership separately. Paying for a gym membership and tanning package is super pricy. The massage chairs help out a with my back/shoulder pain and experienced less migraines. This gym is a win win 💪 Although I did have a bad experience with the assistant manager at my home gym this past Sunday April 13th of this year 2025

I sincerely appreciate how clean the management and employees keep the gym. Rarely do I see employees standing around doing nothing. Employees seem to be actively engaged in cleaning and maintenance issues.
