In my eight years of membership I have enjoyed working out 4 to 5 days a week. The staff are friendly, & helpful. The gym is clean. I am 80 years old & work out with several women my age. Our input is encouraged regardless of our age.

If possible, please consider making the Kent location a 24-hour branch. It’s centrally located and close to a 24 Hour Fitness, which has many members but isn't very clean. If Planet Fitness offered 24-hour access, it might attract more members who are looking for a cleaner and more welcoming gym.

I like how friendly the staff are, I like the amenities, and that it’s not always crowded when I go. However, I do not like that patrons are allowed to babysit the equipment. There’s many times I cannot use the Smith machine because someone is always just sitting in front do it, scrolling on their phones for extended periods of time.
