I went at 4:00am and doors opened on time. The gentleman who opened the gym was very polite and welcoming. Only about a hand full of ppl in there snd I love going when it’s not crowded. It was clean and I was comfortable doing my fitness routine in there.

It’s a place where I meet several of my friends at least 3 times a week to exercise! I like that there is a variety and type of equipment for every age group and ability! The staff is friendly and the building is always neat & clean! My only complaint is that several people (men & woman) who just SIT on the equipment NOT exercising….BUT looking at their cellphone AND nothing is done about it!
