I had a medical emergency while I was finishing up at my local Planet Fitness. A kind member of”notified the manager, Kat, that I needed help in the locker room. The ambulance had to be notified and the wonderful manager stayed with me and helped me as I was Writhing in pain… Later found to be kidney stones… And she helped my special needs adult son Stay calm while my daughter was able to get there as she had called to let her know of the situation. Great people and a great gym. Thank you so much!!!

tt is important to keep your muscles moving and limber as you get older. While you may not be able to keep that sexy bod forever, at least keep moving and execising to keep your muscles supple. I used to go to the fitness club every day to burn calories, now I go so I can keep myself independent as I get older. Its well worth the effort.

Need to pro-active on the machines in terms of maintenance. So arm rests, seats, etc need to be replaced. I do appreciate the signs on responsible work out times. Too bad people dont pay attention. Seems there’s too much texting, watching videos and phone conversations while occupying a machine before they even start their sets. Men’s room is nice and clean.

I relocated and signed up the first time with Planet Fitness. I am very impressed with the layout of the place and how nicely the equipments are maintained. It feels to me that the temperature setting for the club is far too warm. can you guys lower the temperature two degrees please?
